When applicable, we will help determine what is needed, communicate the process clearly, and make sure the work is completed with the proper requirements in mind. Permit fees and approval timelines may vary by project and local jurisdiction.

Will you personally be on site for my project?
Yes. As the owner, I'm hands-on with every project we take, from the first walkthrough through the final details. As we bring on additional help to keep up with demand, I'm still the one you'll be talking to and the one accountable for the work.
How many projects do you take on at a time?
We intentionally keep our project load limited so every job gets real attention rather than being one of a dozen running at once. As our team grows, that capacity will expand, but our approach to quality over volume won't change.
How far out are you currently booking?
Booking windows shift with the season and current workload, so the most accurate answer is to reach out directly for our current availability. We're always happy to give you a straight answer on timing before you commit to anything.
Are you taking on bigger projects as you grow?
Yes. We're actively expanding our capacity to take on larger builds and more projects across Western Montana and North Idaho, without losing the direct, personal approach that got us here. If you have a bigger project in mind, we'd rather talk it through than turn it away.
Do you coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other specialty trades?
Yes. We work with trusted local trade partners for specialty work like electrical and plumbing, and we manage that coordination as part of the project so you're not left juggling separate contractors on your own.
What areas do you serve?
We build and remodel across Western Montana and North Idaho, including Missoula, Rathdrum, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, and the Silver Valley corridor. Larger projects may allow for a wider service range depending on scope and availability, so reach out even if you're a bit outside this list.
Do you only take on full builds, or smaller jobs too?
Both. While new construction and full remodels are our specialty, we also take on smaller exterior, repair, and renovation work. If you're not sure your project qualifies, just ask.
Do you offer free estimates? What happens during that visit?
Yes, estimates are free with no obligation. We'll walk the site together, talk through your goals and budget, and follow up with a clear scope and estimate so you know exactly what to expect before deciding anything.
